Senn combines extensive leadership success with a unique blend of marketing skills, operational expertise and consumer insights. Gaining marketing experience at the Leo Burnett agency and DDB Worldwide, Senn led client services on prestigious brands including Keebler, Nestle', Charmin, Tide, Crest, Starkist, Audi, Anheuser Busch and Seaworld. Having transitioned to the world of entertainment, Senn held posts including Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Paramount Parks, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Universal Studios, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for Columbia Pictures, Executive Vice President of Marketing for the Fox Broadcasting Network and President of Nielsen Cinema and Home Entertainment. With a proven track record of developing short and long term business strategies and leading teams to effective tactical execution, Senn is enjoying building Cimarron Asia and navigating the new global marketplace.

Damon Wolf

With a powerful mix of sharp creative savvy, intuitive marketing strategy, and hands-on business experience, Damon keeps the team focused on producing great—and effective—work. Beginning his career at Frankfurt Balkind, followed by the co-creation of Crew Creative Advertising, Damon is responsible for marketing and creative supporting some of Hollywood's biggest titles including the "Harry Potter" franchise, "The Dark Knight", "The Bourne Identity" franchise, surprise hits such as "The 40-Year-Old Virgin", "Knocked Up" and "Forgetting Sarah Marshall", as well as some of television's biggest hits including "The Sopranos," "The Wire," "Entourage," "Family Guy" and Superbowl XL. You'll find Damon's instincts and leadership consistent inspiration for creatives, while his southern charm and unique sense of humor leaves all with a smile.

John Zaffarano

Just because the world's getting smaller, doesn't mean it's any easier to navigate – that's where John's team comes in, helping studio international departments distribute, market and promote their films, home entertainment and television product to overseas markets. Recognizing both the local consumption of entertainment as well as the culture, John leads development of international trailers, television spots, sizzle reels, viral marketing campaigns, EPKs, behind-the-scenes shows, promotional marketing materials, on-air materials, trade materials and more. Having represented Volkswagen's entertainment marketing efforts and working on over 90 films at Twentieth Century Fox International, including the "X-Men", "Ice Age" and "Garfield" franchise, John brings a unique blend of experiences representing brand, studio and consumer needs.

A three-time Amazon China employee-of-the-year winner, Tom oversees the creative work of Cimarron Asia, focusing on delivering rich and powerful user experiences from simple elegant solutions across print, broadcast, digital, mobile and event. His experience ranges from global brands such as Nestle, SAS and Li-Ning footwear to local retail and hospitality destinations including Sanlitun Village of Swire Group and luxury boutique The Opposite House.

Crystal Li

Crystal is today's global executive—educated in cross-culture communication in London, trained in diplomacy at the New Zealand consulate in Beijing and experienced in serving global brands such as Adidas, Hilton, Hyatt, Mandarin Oriental and Shangri-La. At Cimarron Asia, Crystal assures her clients' brands maintain their global integrity with local appeal.

Yuan-Chi (Ellen) Tseng

Yuan-Chi (Ellen) brings with her the global understanding of the fashion world, able to create interest and dialogue by recognizing consumer interests and desires. Having grown up in Tai-Pei and then living in Beijing to assist Lenovo with their Olympic presence, Yuan-Chi then moved to the United States and attended The Art Institute of California. Remaining in Hollywood after graduation, Ellen joined The Cimarron Group where she plays a pivotal role in linking our Asian offices with the US-based Global Strategy and Communications team.

Born in 2008, Cimarron Asia was created to meld Cimarron Group's Hollywood magic with local sensibility to initially support the growing entertainment and media clientele of Asia.
Cimarron Asia's first office opened in Singapore, working closely with the Singapore government as a strategic marketing partner supporting the nation's desire to emerge as a new epicenter for media, entertainment and creative content.
Since that time Cimarron Asia has also opened in Beijing to serve film, hospitality and media clients throughout China.
With technology making everything closer, Cimarron is able to apply its "Fierce Urgency of Now" approach to truly serve clients on a global basis.
